Dwight School Library

The project involved the design and construction of a new state-of-the-art library within an existing school block. The objective was to transform a traditional space into an innovative, inviting, and functional learning hub that supports both academic excellence and creative exploration.

The scope included a full architectural redesign, interior fit-out, and integration of modern technologies, with a strong focus on student engagement and future-ready learning environments. Envisioned as more than just a repository of books, the library was designed to become a central space for collaboration, research, and inspiration.

Key highlights include custom joinery, thoughtfully planned reading and learning zones, and a CNC-machined artificial tree centerpiece that adds warmth, character, and a sense of wonder to the space. Despite tight deadlines and evolving design requirements, the project was successfully delivered through expert coordination, adaptability, and attention to detail—resulting in a vibrant environment that redefines the school’s approach to learning.
