Beyond ONE

Eire Gulf Interiors was appointed to deliver the full fit-out works for the new Riyadh office of Beyond One, supporting the company’s strategic regional expansion into Saudi Arabia.

Designed as a contemporary, people-centric workplace, the office reflects Beyond One’s forward-thinking culture while responding to the evolving demands of modern work environments. The fit-out features a carefully balanced layout of open-plan workspaces, private offices, collaborative zones, and meeting rooms, all crafted to encourage flexibility, productivity, and connection.

Material selection and detailing were key to the project, with clean architectural lines, warm finishes, and refined lighting used to create a professional yet welcoming atmosphere. Particular attention was given to acoustics, MEP coordination, and integrated joinery to ensure both performance and visual consistency throughout the space.

Delivered in Riyadh, the project showcases Eire Gulf Interiors’ capability to execute high-quality commercial fit-outs across the GCC, aligning design intent with technical excellence and programme certainty.
