Dwight School – Sports City

Eire Gulf is proud to have successfully completed a comprehensive fit-out project for G+1 buildings for a prestigious tier 1 school located in Dubai, with a global presence across the globe. This significant undertaking in excess of 10,000 sqm involved the meticulous demolition and stripping out of an existing space, transforming it to meet the specific educational requirements of the institution.
Our task was to revitalize a facility that had become dark, outdated, and uninviting, transforming it into a modern, vibrant environment conducive to learning and collaboration. The extensive renovations included the refurbishment of standard classrooms catering to students from Kindergarten through Grade 12, as well as specialized facilities such as science laboratories, an auditorium, and sports halls complete with changing facilities.
Additionally, the campus was enhanced with essential amenities, including an admissions building, libraries, pantries, a café, reception area, music rooms, performing arts spaces, prayer rooms, a winter garden, and updated washrooms. Each space was thoughtfully designed and constructed to foster a positive and engaging atmosphere for both students and staff.
