Mobility District Tenant Activation Works – Expo City

The Mobility District Tenant Activation Works project involved the full design and build of shell and core landlord spaces across 10 buildings within Expo City, Dubai. The works focused on transforming existing structures into functional, high-quality areas that align with the Employer’s requirements and enhance the overall user experience.

The scope covered the creation of reception areas and lift service lobbies in both assisted and service pavilions, extensive MEP modifications and integration, as well as careful strip-out of existing assets to accommodate the new design. Works were executed with full compliance to Authority approvals, ensuring quality at every stage.

Key deliverables included detailed multidisciplinary design, premium fit-out works, comprehensive testing and commissioning of all systems, and structured training and documentation, culminating in the successful handover of 879 m² (9,450 ft²) of built-up area within Expo City.
