Eire Gulf Interiors delivered the interior fit-out of EL&N London at Marina Mall, Abu Dhabi, spanning 2,077 sq ft internally with an additional 538 sq ft of external seating, totalling 2,615 sq ft.

The space reflects EL&N’s bold and expressive identity through layered finishes, refined detailing, and carefully curated design elements. Signature aesthetics are balanced with practical functionality to create a vibrant F&B destination within a premium retail environment.

The scope comprised a full turnkey fit-out including bespoke joinery, specialist finishes, complete MEP integration, custom furniture, and decorative lighting installations. The external seating area was executed to seamlessly extend the brand experience while ensuring durability and comfort.

Close coordination with the design and project management teams ensured strict brand compliance, programme control, and high-quality delivery throughout. The completed venue delivers an engaging and memorable customer experience, reinforcing Eire Gulf Interiors’ expertise in delivering distinctive hospitality environments.
